Revised Model Declaration with effect 1st June 2025

This link takes you to a draft declaration which is due to come into effect on the 1st June 2025. After this date, it must be signed by each governor when an entity is applying to become a registered charity and when a charity is submitting its annual return. The Commissioner seeks the views of charity governors ahead of it coming into effect and will publish the findings of the consultation.
